About the event

Join Move with Madleen’s  six-week online yoga program designed to deepen your understanding of yoga poses, alignment, breathwork practices, and simple mantras. This closed group requires participants to commit to at least four sessions, with cameras on to ensure active participation and foster a sense of community.

Throughout this program, you will explore a balanced approach to yoga that integrates foundational poses, strength-building exercises, flexibility-enhancing flows, and heart-opening sequences. We will focus on breath awareness and various breathwork practices to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Simple mantras will be introduced to cultivate mindfulness and inner peace.

Each session will include a combination of meditation, warm-up exercises, focused practice on specific poses, cool-down stretches, and a closing meditation or Savasana. Participants are encouraged to keep a journal of their experiences, noting any changes in their physical, mental, or emotional states. Journal prompts will be provided to guide your reflections and deepen your practice.

This program offers variations for each pose to accommodate different levels of ability, emphasizing the importance of listening to your body and practicing with mindfulness and compassion.
