Madleen’s teaching style reflects her diverse background, and she is proud to have worked with students ranging from the tender age of 5 to the wise age of 85. She offers private yoga, online yoga, and yoga events and retreats, creating classes that cater to a wide range of individuals. Her goal is to make yoga accessible to all, regardless of experience or ability. Madleen deeply believes that yoga is for everyone, and she strives to create a space where each person can find their own path to healing, balance, and growth. Cacao Ceremonies
Through her work with cacao, Madleen has learned that it is not just a plant but a powerful teacher, guiding individuals to embrace both their light and their shadows. Alongside her partner, Paul, she has had the honor of working with cacao from regions like Costa Rica and Nicaragua, with each connection deepening their understanding of this sacred medicine. Madleen offers cacao ceremonies as a space for others to explore their emotions, release what no longer serves them, and connect deeply with themselves and others. Her intention is to create a transformative, heart-centered experience where all participants can heal, grow, and unite in compassion.
