Morning Momentum

Launched in February 2025, Morning Momentum is an online program with Madleen that was born during a heavy time in Madleen’s life. Instead of starting the day scrolling and feeling disconnected, she created this space to make mornings meaningful.
Her last name, means “morning” in Arabic making this offering feel like a deep calling and personal purpose.
Morning Momentum continues month after month (with occasional breaks for retreats and trainings), helping others build powerful, consistent morning practices.
This 45-minute Monday- Thursday live program starts at 7:15 AM Central Time, blending yoga, breathwork, mantra, journaling, and intentional movement. In just under an hour, you’ll activate your body, focus your mind, and ground into clarity.
Morning Momentum is more than a class. It’s a daily reset. A structure for self-discipline. A way to energize your day and align your spirit. Come as you are.

Cacao Ceremonies
Through her work with cacao, Madleen has learned that it is not just a plant but a powerful teacher, guiding individuals to embrace both their light and their shadows. Alongside her partner, Paul, she has had the honor of working with cacao from regions like Costa Rica and Nicaragua, with each connection deepening their understanding of this sacred medicine. Madleen offers cacao ceremonies as a space for others to explore their emotions, release what no longer serves them, and connect deeply with themselves and others. Her intention is to create a transformative, heart-centered experience where all participants can heal, grow, and unite in compassion.
